Anti Cancer Dietary Guidelines

ORGANIC means that the animals were raised without the use of unnatural products including: hormones or antibiotics. This helps reduce your body’s overall load of harmful chemicals.
GRASS-FED means the animals were raised on a natural-diet of grasses. Grassfed animal meats have a higher amount of omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed which helps decrease inflammation in the body.
WILD fish eat a healthier diet and are not exposed to the same contaminants as FARMED fish, which are raised with antibiotics and may have higher amounts of mercury, PCBs, dioxins and other contaminants than wild fish.
