Naturopathic Morning Smoothie

My morning smoothie is typically the same everyday. This makes shopping for the ingredients as well as getting everything ready in the morning a quick and easy task.

Instructions:

1 part mixed frozen berries
3 parts fresh kale
3-4 pieces of chopped raw beet
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 handful of almonds
~20g of protein
2000IU of vitamin D
Fill to about halfway with water
