COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

We have made the following changes to our policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe environment for staff, practitioners and patients:

1. We have reduced the number of practitioners in the office to ensure physical distancing.
2. We have staggered patient appointments to ensure there is no overlap as patients are arriving and leaving the office.
3. Installed plexiglass at both reception stations.
4. All of our pillows were outfitted with vinyl coverings to allow for complete disinfection.
5. All fabric chairs were removed from the clinic to ensure all surfaces can be thoroughly disinfected.
6. All staff and practitioners are suited with masks and face shields/goggles where necessary  and where social distancing cannot be maintained.
7. All practitioners completed extra training in sanitization procedures and signed an agreement to follow all rules and regulations.
8. All staff have completed a hand hygiene course.
9. We have implemented new procedures for all in-person patient visits which include:
   1. Completing a COVID screening questionnaire twice (written and verbal) prior to the visit
   2. Compulsory donning of a mask during their entire visit at the clinic
   3. Compulsory sanitization of hands
   4. Compulsory measurement of temperature
10. We have trained practitioners on step by step procedures and equipped them all with a cheat sheet to follow for every patient, and new processes.
11. We have disinfection checklists in every room with a log to track this
12. Staff will fill out a COVID screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken before each shift.
