I am a registered clinical social worker who has been practicing as a therapist for over eight years. I have a variety of experience working with youth and families as well as adults with mental health concerns. Over the past few years, I have developed a special interest in working with women around their mental health and well-being. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with women to build on their internal strengths and skills while also developing new skills and perspectives to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I have experience with a number of different therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused & Narrative Therapy.
