I am a registered clinical social worker who has been practicing as a therapist for over seven years. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families of all ages and take a collaborative and strengths based approach. In my work as a therapist with both adults and children, I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people to build on their internal strengths and skills while also developing new skills and perspectives to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you are finding that you are feeling stuck, not satisfied in your relationships, family life is difficult or you have had experiences that have left you not feeling like yourself, please feel free to book a free complimentary meeting to learn more about how we can work together.
Do you find that you and your partner are stuck in an ongoing negative cycle and neither of you are happy in your relationship? Are you and your partner repeating patterns and you are unsure of why? Maybe you are contemplating whether you want to end your relationship? Please consider what can be gained from couples therapy where you and your partner can work through the issues that you are facing. Counselling can help you to gain a better understanding of yourselves and your relationship as well as the steps that each of you can take to have a more connected and loving relationship.
