Dr. Shannon Bloch graduated from New York Chiropractic College where she received both her Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor’s of Science at the University of Waterloo. She has experience treating in a wide variety of clinical locations including private practice, The University of Buffalo, The Buffalo Veterans Affairs Hospital as well as the Mahalapye General Hospital and a rural clinic in Botswana where she worked for World Spine Care a non-profit spine care organization.
Dr. Bloch treats a variety of conditions and enjoys treating all types of patients including pregnant women and children, athletes and many others. She uses a variety of hands on chiropractic and soft tissue techniques as well as exercise and lifestyle recommendations to ensure that patients can not only get out of pain but also prevent further injuries.
Dr. Bloch is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Ontario Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association and is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and certified in the Webster technique, focusing on the treatment of pregnant women.
