I’m Kathryn, and I’m a dually registered acupuncturist and massage therapist with a passion for helping people slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their bodies.
I have a special interest in women’s health, chronic pain, mental health, and stress relief. I also have training in cosmetic acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion.
My approach to treatment is holistic and intuitive. I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and that many of us have simply forgotten how to listen. I love helping people make sense of those signals and working with the body rather than against it. Every treatment is an opportunity to tune into what your body needs and tailor the approach accordingly.
Outside of the clinic space, you can find me on the ski hill, hanging out with my two cats, or on the hiking trail, stopping every few steps to admire some moss or pick up a rock to add to my collection.
