Hello, I’m Kathryn O’Brien or Kat! I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. I do this through the relationship we all have with food and how we feed ourselves.
I find that so many people today do not feel nourished. Food has become a frustration, a mystery, a way to punish or even just too overwhelming to figure out.
When you work with me, we will discover how best to nourish you. It may be as simple as helping you with meal planning and prepping or as complex as helping you fall back in love with yourself – or anywhere in between!
My educational background is in psychology, spirituality and I have my Masters of Health Science in Nutrition. I have lived with chronic pain, anxiety and depression as well as a successful weight release journey.
What I love best about working with people is developing a relationship of trust and that moment when I can see you begin to trust yourself again – ultimately our bodies do know what they need and it is amazing when we learn the tools to remember that!
