WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is the use of trance (a deep state of relaxation) to make changes at the unconscious level. Clients remain fully aware of their surroundings and remain in complete control during the process. Hypnosis is very effective in creating and maintaining change in many areas including smoking cessation, weight loss, pain control, anxiety management etc.
WHAT IS THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND?
Our mind consists of the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. Our conscious mind governs only 10% of our behaviours; 90% is governed by the unconscious mind. And most importantly, in order for change to be lasting, it has to happen at the level of the unconscious mind. NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis all create change at the unconscious level so it is fast and lasting!
