Our naturopathic doctors can help you choose a 1 or 2 week meal plan that reflects your personal food preferences, any food sensitivities or allergies, and your overall goals. The recipes are tasty, nutritious, and portions can be adjusted to take into account the size of your family. With each plan, an itemized grocery list is included to make shopping easy. Prep times are also included for each recipe, so you can easily work cooking into your schedule. With gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, ketogenic, vegetarian, and vegan options available, our meal plans can satisfy any palette while taking the steps towards better health.
Each meal plan comes complete with:
- All meals and snacks outlined for each day
- Full nutritional content for each day – including calories, macronutrients, and vitamin/mineral content
- Itemized grocery list for the full one or two weeks
- All the delicious recipes you need!
