Maybe you’re tired all the time, struggling with digestion issues, or dealing with hormonal imbalances. Are you searching for answers, a plan that makes sense, and someone who truly listens to your concerns?
You deserve to feel your best and have someone on your team who can help you get to the root cause of your concerns.
That’s where naturopathic medicine can help.

These therapies can be used on their own or in conjunction with conventional medical treatments.
In addition to acting as primary care practitioners, the experienced naturopathic doctors of Natural Choice Medical Clinic practice according to the following areas of focus. They work with you towards the resolution of acute and chronic illnesses; paying particular attention to the root cause of the illness and the prevention of future disease. Your Natural Choice Medical Clinic Naturopathic Doctor will strive to work with your medical doctor and other health practitioner, as part of your integrative healthcare team. Naturopathic medicine is a system of primary health care that combines modern scientific knowledge with traditional, natural forms of medicine.

We know taking the first step toward better health can feel overwhelming. That’s why working with a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) is designed to be collaborative, empowering and personalized. We offer in-person, virtual and phone appointments.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Book Your Initial Visit
Your naturopathic journey starts with an in-depth initial appointment. This appointment is up to 60 minutes long. In this visit you will have time to share your health concerns, review your medical history, lifestyle habits, and goals. This is a safe space where your story matters. Our goal is to get to the root cause of your health concerns and help you feel your best, and in order to do that we need to get to know you!
Step 2: Your Personalized Naturopathic Plan
After gathering all the necessary information, we create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. This plan may include:
Step 3: Follow-Up and Support
We focus on addressing the root cause of your health concerns, not just managing symptoms. This is a process and often takes time, but we are here to guide you every step of the way.
Follow-up visits allow us to review lab work, check in on your progress, make adjustments to your plan, and celebrate your successes. Whether it’s fine-tuning your nutrition, switching up our strategies, or diving into a new concern, we are here to support you on your path to wellness.
Step 4: Achieve Lasting Results
Our ultimate goal is to empower you to take charge of your health. Your naturopathic doctor can act as a primary care provider, offering a comprehensive and proactive approach to your health.
By creating a long-term health plan, the goal is not only to address current concerns but also to help you maintain lasting wellness and prevent future health challenges. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to maintain lasting wellness.
At this time, naturopathic medicine is not covered by OHIP. However, naturopathic care is covered by many extended health insurance plans.
